Great Salt Lake Training Row

August 30, 2018
-
Training

Come see the Row4ALS team and boat as we prepare for our final “on water” training row on The Great Salt Lake Labor Day weekend. The race requires 96 hours of on the water training before teams will be permitted to row the Atlantic. This weekend’s row represents the last bit of that time the team needs. Previously we completed rows in the Gulf of Mexico just off of Florida, Bear Lake and Lake Washington and met with a wide range of conditions at each one.

The best time to meet the team and see the boat will be Saturday morning between 9am and noon. Be there early as we will want to get on the water as soon as possible!

  • WHERE: Great Salt Lake State Marina – Take I-80 Towards the Great Salt Lake then Take Exit 104 and follow the signs to Great Salt Lake Marina.
  • WHEN: Saturday September 1st Between 9am and noon
